The Obama administration has a perception problem! That according to NBC’s Meredith Veira.

Should we really be surprised that Obama’s media supporters chalk his troubles up to perception, rather than substance? I consider it just a tacit admission that his campaign selling point was always based on superficialities.  Why even bother suggesting that his problems are of a substantive nature when you know, deep down, that he never was much interested in anything but appearances?
