In a Washington Post article out today titled, “Europe’s Runaway Prosecutions,” former Justice Department members David Rivkin and Lee Casey do an excellent job of addressing the legal issues surrounding extraordinary renditions, including the absurd legal attacks being waged against us by supposed allies.
